PartiesBid Parties: The bid parties will be held in two different location.
Friday bid parties;the Intercontinental hotel Sunday bid winner party; the Harbor Lounge A joint shopping expedition(s) will be facilitated, including transportation and a Japanese fan to drive the vehicle and help with the shopping. Many shopping locations are available, including a Costco located about half an hour away from the convention center. Preliminary Rules
Following are some preliminary party rules and guidelines received from our Japanese hosts. The Intercontinental Grand Yokohama is our party hotel. You can reserve a suite room though the Committee. We will reply to you by E-mail.

You mail email your application to - parties@nippon2007.us Deadline for applications: Saturday August 4 12:00 PST All suites on 6th floor are traditional Japanese Tatami rooms. The hotel provide following supplies in a suite room;
Ice table to chill drinks Special chairs for tatami mat
Check-in: 14:00 hours ( 2:00 pm) You can pay by credit card or cash on the day of your reservation at the registration counter. Accommodation fee:
Shopping for party supplies is available at many locations. Nippon 2007 is arranging assistance for shopping expeditions. Please check back for further information about shopping. Cautions:
Please make sure all parties end by 02:00 hours (2 am). The legal age for alcohol consumption is twenty (20) in Japan. Do not provide alcohol to anyone less than twenty years old. Smoking is not permitted on the 6th floor of the Intercontinental Hotel. Please refrain from eating and drinking in the hallways of the hotels. Do not use the emergency staircase. When you check out, please be sure that rooms are left tidy.
